Terms of Service

These are the Terms of Service. They are guidlines to what is required of you should you choose to use any content on this site. These guidlines must be followed by all customers, and should not be disregarded. They must be read and understood before using any content on this site. All graphics sites are under a set of similar guidlines. The Terms of Service for TrueCreation are as followed:

• No direct linking (No loading the image from this website from another source). Save to your server or a free file/image host.
• All content on this site is to be credited by a link back to this site. A small text link will suffice. It has to be easily locatable and preferably on the same page as the content in question. If unable to do so, a link on the credits page and a reference to which graphic will do instead.
• By no means is the content on this site to be passed off as your own or as someone elses. It belong to me, and has already been watermarked.
• No content on this website shall be edited or tweaked in anyway. This is tampering, and can be considered to be breaking the above rule. Should you want to edit, contact me.
• No content on this website is to be distributed through other sites, such as galleries to be downloaded off. Doing so can also be in relation to breaking the 3rd rule. Should you wish to re-distribute, contact me.
• All graphics shall be fully credited to this site.

Failure to comply with any of the above shall force me to take action into my own hands. I've asked you nicely, and should you feel it your duty to rebel, I shall react to bring you to the full justice of my perspective. Any issues with the rule, or should you feel that you may be breaking these, or that you are not quite sure how to go about these rules, then feel free to contact me.
